Meredith Frewerd

I am a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA). I graduated with distinction from Colorado Christian University with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My Master’s builds on my undergraduate degree in Psychology, which I earned with University Honors and graduated summa cum laude from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. My specialty is in Person-Centered, Solution-Focused, and Existential Therapeutic approaches. I also enjoy incorporating art and creative therapies into my approach. I completed my internship with Bright Path Behavioral Health, a partial hospitalization/intensive outpatient program specializing in teen care.

I work with clients on a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, and ADHD. For a long time now, it has been my goal to become a counselor to help improve the lives of others with mental health issues. I want to help those struggling by using my skills and experience to provide relief and support as they overcome their challenges
