empowers people to recognize their own capabilities and take an active role in their healing
journey. By focusing on strengths, goals, possibilities, and creating positive changes. She
believes this approach will help foster hope, self-awareness, confidence, and create practical
solutions that support growth and resilience, while helping people keep in mind that every
step forward can lead to meaningful and lasting transformation.
