Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) at Simply Teens Outpatient

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a highly effective treatment approach for adolescents struggling with emotional dysregulation and self destructive behavior such as self-harm and suicidal ideation. • Skills Training Groups: Weekly group sessions that teach core DBT skills, including mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness.
  • Phone Coaching: Between-session support to help teens apply DBT skills in real-life situations.
