Grace Woods

Hello! I am Grace and I’m looking forward to meeting you!  I have a Bachelors of Social Work from NC State University and am currently pursuing my Masters of Social Work at NC State. My experience includes working with college students building self-esteem, self-care, and stress management practices through art informed practice.

My passion is utilizing a strengths approach to empower clients, a holistic perspective to help understand stressors in the environment, and help individuals discover what unique coping skills work best for them. Every person is unique, and their experience needs a specialized approach. I hope to provide a safe, validating, and welcoming space where we can collaborate on your journey forward!
